This is the permanence pledge, and it’s in writing: your handle, page links and QR codes keep working on the free plan and after a downgrade.
If you’re over the free limits after downgrading, existing pages stay live. You just can’t publish additional ones until you’re back within them.
Yes, from Settings, in a couple of clicks. You keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to Free. No phone calls, no retention maze.
Nothing disappears. Your handle, your QR and every page link keep working. If you have more than 3 occasion pages live, they all stay live and you can keep editing them; you just can’t publish additional ones until you’re back within the limit.
Premium touches switch off quietly: your pages show the small footer again and use your theme’s preset accent instead of your brand colour. Your settings are kept, so they come back if you upgrade again. A scheduled QR switch you’ve already set still runs.
Premium belongs to your pages, so it attaches to the account that owns them. Visitors never need an account, on either plan.
Premium is priced in Australian dollars: A$9 a month or A$90 a year. Outside Australia it’s shown in your local currency when Stripe supports it. Checkout shows the exact currency and total before you pay. Taxes are included; currency conversion and bank fees can affect the local amount.
Free is the trial, and it doesn’t run out. Use it for real events, then upgrade when you’re doing this every week.
